Job Description:
Boss Engineering is seeking a highly motivated individual to perform field work as well as organize jobs and supervise field crew members to ensure efficiency and accuracy. The position will include duties to perform topographical and boundary surveys as well as construction staking and interpretation of construction and project plans. Individual will be responsible for electronic data collection, field notes, and downloading procedures. Must be proficient in the operation of GPS equipment and robotic total stations. CADD experience is a plus. Position does not require licensure, but a Certified Survey Technician or equivalent and a minimum of 4 – 6 years’ experience is required. This individual needs to be able to work effectively with contractors, other field personnel, clients and engineers.
