The Immanuel Baptist Church project consisted of the modification and expansion of the original parking lot for an existing grouping of buildings. The previous use was for retail/warehousing and the buildings were being converted into to a church. The parking lot and entrances onto M-21 were revised to allow for proper traffic flow, drainage, and entrance into the buildings. The site was master planned for three phases which included the existing structure, kitchen and classroom space, and a Sanctuary area. In addition, storm water was directed to an existing detention basin on site.
