Boss Engineering performed boundary survey, topographic survey, site layout, site engineering and landscape design for improvements on Cleary University's 29.6-acre property along the south side of Grand River Avenue in Genoa Township. The proposed site improvements consist of a new 26,868 square foot classroom building, new parking and road circulation, site grading, pedestrian paths, utilities, and a storm water management system.
