Reconstruction of the private streets and parking areas within the condominium association. Boss Engineering services included engineering consultation for existing condition evaluation and cost analysis; construction inspection; and contractor coordination for contract compliance and payment. The design project included the removal of the existing roadway, proof rolling and evaluating the subgrade, and replacing the concrete pavement section. The scope of the project included coordinating and permitting with the City of Novi for the construction of three intersections within city road right-of-way.
