Reconstruction of the private streets and parking areas within the condominium site. Boss Engineering services included engineering consultation for existing condition evaluation and cost analysis; construction inspection; and contractor coordination for contract compliance and payment. The design project included the removal of the existing roadway; proof rolling and evaluating the subgrade; replacing the asphalt pavement section; and removing and replacing the concrete approach at the boulevard entrance. Removing and replacing all the concrete curbing. Boss worked with the contractor to phase the construction allowing the home owners continued access to their homes.
