Located in a golf course community, the original clubhouse was destroyed by fire. Boss Engineering was brought on board to develop a site plan which incorporated much of the existing parking, sidewalks, and cart paths, but at the same time updated the design to include the design ideas and standards. Boss’ responsibilities included site design, grading and drainage, utility service design, landscape, and lighting photometrics design.
