Boss Engineering worked with Northfield Township to develop a submittal package for a non-motorized pathway grant offered by the Washtenaw County Parks and Recreation Department. The path connects the downtown with the residence on the west side of the township, along with the Whitmore Lake Elementary School. The work involved meeting with a number of organizations including the Whitmore Lake DDA, the Township Board, Washtenaw County Road Commission, and the Michigan Department of Transportation. The project was broken into three phases which total 6,200 feet of pathway.
