Reconstruction of the private streets and parking areas within the condominium site (154,200 square feet) and the concrete boulevard entrance at Orchard Lake Road. Boss Engineering services included engineering consultation for existing condition evaluation and cost analysis, construction inspection, and contractor coordination for contract compliance and payment. The design project included the removal of the existing roadway, proof rolling and evaluating the subgrade, replacing the asphalt pavement section, and removing and replacing the concrete approach at the boulevard entrance. Removing and replacing the concrete approach at the boulevard entrance required permitting and inspection by the Road Commission of Oakland County for work within Orchard Lake Road.
