Boss Engineering performed land planning, survey, engineering design, landscape architecture design, construction stakeout, and plot plans for the 425 unit mixed use residential development on a 350-acre property off Silver Lake Road in Green Oak Township. Engineering services for the Hidden Lake development included design of the site layout, grading, road and pathway system, sanitary sewer collection system, new wastewater treatment plant, water main system, a Type I public water supply well, and storm water management system.
Hidden Lake Development is a balance of premier home sites and natural features, including a 110-acre all sports lake, nature trails, boardwalks and wildlife observation decks. Hidden Lake was awarded Outstanding Development of the Year by the Michigan Association of Planning and Development of the Year by the Building Industry Association of Southeastern Michigan.
