Boss Engineering provided survey and engineering design of public roads, sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, and sidewalks in the 295-unit Eagle at Water’s Edge residential development in city of Fenton, MI. We secured the necessary construction permits, provided construction engineering, construction stakeout, and as-built plans of the proposed improvements on the 105-acre development. The development included 13,400 feet of road, 9,500 feet of sanitary sewer, 11,500 feet of water main, and 11,400 feet of storm sewer.
