The Crossroads Towne Center development is a retail center containing a Kroger Store as an anchor tenant with two (2) adjacent retail center buildings on a 34-acre site along Grand River Avenue in the City of Howell. The total square footage of the two (2) retail buildings is 96,000 square feet. Six (6) outlots are located along the front of the development for future uses such as banks, retail, offices and restaurants.
Boss Engineering performed the survey, engineering design, landscape architecture design and construction stakeout on the project. Work on the project started with the initial design through site planning and engineering and into construction staking and as-built drawings. The center was designed as a walkable development with several pedestrian links to the adjacent residential communities.
