Reconstruction of the private road servicing the Oak Pointe Golf Course clubhouse. Boss Engineering services included engineering consultation for existing condition evaluation and cost analysis, construction inspection, and contractor coordination for contract compliance and payment. The design project included the removal of the existing roadway, proof rolling and evaluating the subgrade, replacing the asphalt pavement section, and modifying the existing storm sewer system to eliminate drainage problems. The roadway was narrowed from what was originally constructed to decrease side slopes which has eliminated soil erosion problems.
