City of Walled Lake, Oakland County, Site Plan Review and Consulting Service for the City of Walled Lake, providing site plan, drainage, and construction plan review on an as-needed basis to the City planning staff and planning commission. This work includes review for compliance with site plan requirements as well as drainage, utility, access, and parking requirements for all proposed projects within the City. We also provide review of drainage concerns and sewer and water concerns presented by the DPW, and we provide inspection services on all projects as requested.
