Arbor Development needed to expand their building by 50% to handle their increased sales. Working with Rand Construction, Boss developed a site plan that included a 6,135 sq.ft. building addition, required parking spaces, extensive landscaping, and a storm water management plan to meet the needs of the our client and the township requirements. Due to the type of work taking place in the building, large trailers had to have access to the new loading dock area. Boss worked with our client to develop a circulation path on the property to handle the vehicles.
