Our survey staff is comprised of several Professional Surveyors, Land Surveyors in Training (LSITs) and Certified Survey Technicians (CSTs). Our crews have worked on thousands of survey projects since opening our doors in 1969. Our resume includes work for many school systems in Southeast Michigan, many subdivisions and condominiums, road improvements, industrial parks and numerous site layouts, not to mention the boundary/lot surveys, parcel divisions and private road projects .

	Oak Pointe (Genoa Township, Livingston County) - Provided control surveys and control layout for this 725-acre development including residential areas and several golf courses. Many plot plans were also done for construction of new homes.

	Hidden Lake (Green Oak Township, Livingston) - Provided boundary, control surveys and construction layout supervision for this 350-acre development including residential areas, lakes and channels.

	Prestwick Village (Highland Township, Oakland County) - Provided boundary, control surveys and construction layout supervision for this 425-acre development including over 300 homes, an 18-hole golf course, clubhouse and pool/tennis facility.
